THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12224 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.300 of 2013 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
