Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they have made an application on 09.05.2019 for conducting of survey and fixing of boundaries on land admeasuring Ac.9-32 guntas in Sy.No.130 of Inugurti Village, Kesamudram Mandal, Mahabubabad District, through online enclosing all the documents and by paying requisite fee, but so far survey is not conducted. The receipt issued in evidence of filing of such application is marked as Ex.P.1.

According to learned counsel for petitioners, so far survey is not conducted. That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kesamudram Mandal-2nd respondent to act upon the request of petitioners for conducting of survey and fixing of boundaries and take appropriate decision as warranted by law and communicate decision to the petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
