HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21622 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.05.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that following the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1, inquiry was conducted; and that as the complaint of the petitioner is purely in civil nature the petitioner was advised to approach competent civil court; that a letter dated 04-07-2018 was also addressed to the petitioner to that effect. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
