THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.21799 OF 2018 ORDER:

The issue arises under Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceilings on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973. The petitioner, on 14.04.2018, filed objections before the second respondent. One of the grievances in the Writ Petition is that objections remained unattended as on date.

Mr. S.Sridhar, appearing for petitioner, prays for direction to dispose of the objections dated 14.04.2018 expeditiously. The Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the limited prayer.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit objections dated 14.04.2018 along with a copy of this order within one (1) week from today. The second respondent considers and passes orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four (4) weeks thereafter. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
