When the matter taken up for hearing on 05.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. To give one opportunity, the matter was posted to 07.72.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter being iisted under the caption .for dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not having any interest to prosecute the matter.
