THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.909 of 2015 ORDER :

Although the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram in his letter dt.02.07.2015 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, sought extension of time for six (06) months to disposal of E.A.No.169 of 2014 in E.P.No.10 of 2012 in O.S.No.233 of 2007 on the file of the said court, the counsel for petitioner states that the grievance in the Revision is that his application E.A.No.88 of 2015 to set aside the sale and to refund the sale consideration paid by him, as an auction purchaser, was not being decided by the Court below. He seeks a direction by this Court to court below to decide the said application also.

In this view of the matter, the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District is directed to decide E.A.No.88 of 2015 as well as E.A.No.169 of 2014 [the E.A. directed to be decided by this Court by its order dt.15.04.2015 in E.A.No.169 of 2014, and not E.A.No.170 of 2014] as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
