ORDER:

The petitioner, who claims to be the President of Sammakka Sarakka Poojari Sangham, filed this writ petition feeling aggrieved by non-consideration of his representation made to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State of Telangana for constituting the Trust Board exclusively with the people belonging to the schedule tribe category for Sammakka - Sarakka Jatra.

After hearing the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (TS) and Mr.T.Satish Kumar, learned standing counsel for Endowment Institutions (TS), I feel it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner, take an appropriate decision and communicate the same to the latter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
