THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.21706 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Rc.No.494/2015/E6/HR, dated 10.08.2015, passed by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioner from service. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Special Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

Learned Special Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order in the Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to file appeal against the impugned order.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the 2nd respondent and on such filing, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
