This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR No.255 of 2015, dated 20.12.2016.

Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submit that the complainant-3rd respondent is no more and in view of the same, the cause of action in this writ petition itself is abated.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
