THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.821 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

When the appeal is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 10.10.2018, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this Appeal Suit and that a request was also made in that letter to post the appeal suit under the caption, 'for withdrawal'. 2.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, 'For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the appellant is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Appeal Suit is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in the Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
