wp_36651_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to produce (1) Botta Durga Prabhakar, (2) Botta Chandra Sekhar, (3) Komakula Srinu and (4) Pilla Prashan Kumar, who were allegedly illegally detained by the respondents, in the Court.

At the hearing, Ms. A.Sunitha, learned counsel, representing Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the detenus have been produced before the jurisdictional Court in connection with crime No. 508 of 2016 and that, therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
