The learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that in view of the interim directions of this Court, building permission was accorded and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
