Heard both sides.

Perused the material on record including the impugned order of the lower Court in M.P.No.8 of 2015 in M.C.O.P.No.337 of 2014 passed by the learned judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. So long as the marriage between the parties is not declared as void or annulled and admittedly a divorce petition vide O.P.No.1125 of 2013 is pending but for if at all to expedite that case, for this Court while sitting in revision against the impugned order granting maintenance, till decision in that divorce O.P.No.1125 of 2013, there is nothing to interfere. With these observations, the revision is dismissed. Time is granted of three months to pay all arrears in three equal installments. ________________________ Dr. B.
