HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.24812 OF 2019 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18516 of 2019, dated 16.10.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be allowed in terms of the said order. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid submissions.
In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 16.10.2019 in W.P.No.18516 of 2019, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the cut-off date as set out in G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994 with all consequential benefits. No order as to costs.
