Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited.

It is stated by both the counsel that in similar circumstances this Court allowed W.P.No.26609 of 2015 and batch, by its order, dated 29.10.2018.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the order, dated 27.03.2015, in O.P.No.76 of 2015 passed by the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.

Office is to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.26609 of 2015 and batch, dated 29.10.2018, and W.P.No.27536 of 2016 and batch, dated 14.02.2019.
