Heard Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2. This Revision Petition is filed questioning an award passed by Lok Adalat in O.S.No.188 of 2006 on 25-11-2006 under Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

Although the said award recites that the award has been passed after negotiations and conciliation between the parities, the learned counsel for the petitioner now contends that no such consent was given by the petitioner.

In my considered opinion, the absence of consent of the petitioner is a question of fact which requires evidence and in this Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the said fact cannot be gone into. 5.

Therefore, giving liberty to avail any other appropriate remedy available to the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
