The learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a revision before the revisional authority. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 28-06-2016 in the Registry in that regard.

The statement is accepted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
