This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, challenging the issuance of warrant of attachment dated 23.9.2016 in E.A.No.90 of 2015 in E.A.No.354 of 2014 in O.S.No.238 of 2012 on the file of the Court of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file application before the executing Court to raise the attachment. Permission is granted. 3.
