THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.505 OF 2015 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 submit that the matter has become infructuous.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...............Writ of Mandamus declaring the Orders dt.13.01.2015 in Rc.No.B/2686/2014 of the 3rd respondent Assistant Commissioner, endowments, R.R.District, directing the 4th respondent Chief Festival Officer and other deputed staff to conduct Annual Aradhana Festival of Sri Krishna Bramendrula Swamy Muth/Samadhi, Pagdiyal Village, Ganded Mandal, R.R.
District, with the co-ordination of Local Surpanch and the devotees, by restraining the involvement of the petitioners herein from performing Poojapath and Management of the Annual Aradhana Festival of Samadhi of Sri Krishna Bramendrula Swamy, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 19, 25 and 26 of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioners herein and their family members to participate in the usual duties of Management and Poojapath of the Smadhi of Sri Krishna Bramendrula Swamy, Pagdiyal Village, Ganded Mandal, R.R.District, during the Annual Aradhana Festival period (24.01.2015 to 26.01.2015), as usual conducting by the petitioners every year, and pass such other order.............."
In view of the submission made by both the counsel and from the perusal of the main prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by efflux of time. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
