THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21692 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that enquiry will be completed by the third respondent, within a period of six weeks, and final orders will be passed. The said statement is placed on record and for the said course of action no objection is raised.

For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to complete enquiry in the matter and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
