HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1263 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to set aside the order dated 21.10.2019 in Crl.MP.No.2408 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.920 of 2019 passed by the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein the sentence imposed by the XIV Additional Judge-cum-XVIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad on 25.09.2019 in C.C.No.1677 of 2016 was suspended on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court till disposal of the main appeal subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the fine amount before the trial Court on or before 14.11.2019 and file receipt to that effect, failing which, the petition proceedings shall stand closed for non-compliance and if any amount is deposited by the petitioner in trial Court at the time of suspension of sentence, the same shall be deducted from the amount now ordered to be deposited. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time for depositing 20% of the fine amount.

In the light of the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.2408 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.920 of 2019 passed by the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the fine amount before the trial Court. It is made clear that no further time would be granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
