THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3372 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.536 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Nellore.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after full fledged trial, the petitioners were acquitted of the charges framed against them. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
