The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with the liberty to avail remedies available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
