THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7740 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in connection with an unregistered Crime on the file of the Station House Officer, East Police Station, Tirupati, Chittoor District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State, on instructions, submitted that no crime is registered against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
