Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. S.Ganesh The Court made the following:

CVNR, J CRP.No.5081 of 2016 Dt:28.10.2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article-227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam to dispose of O.S.No.650 of 2013 expeditiously.

The main ground on which early disposal of the aforementioned suit is sought by the petitioner is that he is a senior citizen aged 78 years. As instructions on administrative side have been issued to the lower Courts for giving priority to disposal of the cases filed by the senior citizens, the lower Court is directed to examine the pendency of the suits filed by the senior citizens in his Court and take up the cases serial wise by giving top priority to the oldest pending cases among the senior citizens. In the serial order as indicated above, the lower Court shall dispose of O.S.No.650 of 2013 in its due turn. Subject to the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.6588 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
