THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25200 of 2011 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not notifying the additional intake capacity in the second shift for the Technical courses sanctioned by the AICTE to the petitioner institution for admission to be made under EAMCET convener category for the academic year 2011-2012 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents to offer the 2nd shift seats through EAMCET counseling for the academic year 2011-2012.

This Court, while ordering rule nisi on 08-09-2011 passed interim order in W.P.M.P.No.30999 of 2011, directing the respondents to notify and offer admissions to the petitioner institution in the left over counseling for the academic year 2011-2012. In view of the above and by afflux of time, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J November 22, 2016 Pn
