HONOURABLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7326 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, vide order dated 16.9.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.3219 of 2019, directing the petitioners/ A-2 to A-7 to appear before the Station House Officer, WPS, DD, Hyderabad, on first Sunday of every month till the filing of charge sheet. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Criminal Petition is allowed so far as petitioner Nos.1, 3 to 7 are concerned relaxing the aforesaid condition imposed by the Court below. However, the Criminal Petition is rejected insofar as petitioner No.2.
