This petition is filed under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ A-1 seeking regular bail in Crime No.36 of 1994 of Police Station, Gambhiraopet, Karimnagar District wherein himself and other accused are allegedly committed the offence under Section 395 IPC.

Learned Addl.P.P. while opposing bail would submit that it is a crime of the year 1994 wherein the petitioner/ A-10 surrendered on 01.03.2017, thereafter charge sheet is filed and the matter is at the stage of committal before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class,Sircilla and if bail is granted, there is a possibility of accused absconding stalling of trial.
