This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in passing orders on Revision Petition No.4374/2014, as arbitrary and illegal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Admittedly aggrieved by the order, dated 01.11.2014, passed by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District, respondent Nos.5 and 6 herein have preferred Revision Petition No.4374 of 2014 before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending. As no orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of Revision Petition No.4374 of 2014 filed under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties.
