ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings No.Lr.No.C1/6982/2019, dt 29/03/2019 of the 3rd respondent herein as illegal, arbitrary, mala fide and violation of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitutions of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take action on representation dt 17/04/2019 made by the petitioner and give the post in the office of the 4th respondent in the interest of justice and equity and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Ch.Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. It is the case of the petitioner that she is working as Bill Collector in the 4th respondent-Municipal Corporation. Thereafter, she was transferred to 3rd respondent-Municipal Corporation on 5.7.2018 on administrative grounds. While working with the 3rd respondent, the petitioner had applied for leave due to her ill health and other personal reasons and the 3rd respondent sanctioned the leave. But, strangely, the 3rd respondent vide letter dated 29.3.2019 surrendered the

petitioner to the 2nd respondent stating that the petitioner was irregular in discharging her duties and frequently availing the leave.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the 3rd respondent surrendered her to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is neither giving any posting orders, nor passing any orders on the representation dated 17.4.2019 submitted by her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to give posting orders to the petitioner and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.4.2019.

Learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the 2nd respondent would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.4.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 17.4.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
