Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of I admission.
Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in refusing to validate the unregistered sale deed dated 13.02.1998 executed in respect of the subject lands situated at Mahabubabad Village, Mandal and District, the present Writ Petition is filed. A perusal oI the material on record reveals that the petitioner has already made a representation to the District Registrar concerned whereas the Sub-Registrar is the competent authoriry for addressing the grievance of the petitioner. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No.3-Sub-Registrar ventilating his grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondent No.3 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,
