ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P Naveen Rao) Heard learned counsel for petitioners Sri B Narasimha Sharma in both writ petitions; Sri A.Raghu Kumar for respondents 1 to 3 in WP 38693 of 2018 and Sri K Sudhakar Reddy for first respondent and Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao for second respondent in W P No. 21637 of 2021.

In the recruitment conducted for the post of Drug Inspector in Central Drugs Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, though first respondent in both writ petitions were successful, but their names were not included in the select list, on the ground that they did not possess essential experience certificate. Aggrieved thereby, they filed O.A.Nos.021/792/2016 and 020/687/2016 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench. The Tribunal by orders dated 25.4.2018 and 16.8.2018 respectively, following the decision of the Principal Bench in O A No. 2390 of 2016 and batch dated 22.3.2018 declared that applicants therein are entitled for appointment to the post of Drug Inspector and directed the respondents to consider the cases of applicants for appointment to the post of Drug Inspector in accordance with the Rules. Aggrieved thereby, these two writ petitions are filed.

Court is informed that the judgment of the Principal Bench in O.A. No. 2390 of 2016 and batch was challenged before the Delhi High Court in W.P. (C) No. 2475 of 2019 and batch and by judgment dated 18.2.2000 the batch of writ petitions were dismissed confirming the decision of the Tribunal. Aggrieved thereby, petitioners herein filed SLP Nos. 3475-3756 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and by orders dated 5.4.2021 said appeals were dismissed. Thus, the decision of the Principal Bench in O.A.No.2390 of 2016 and batch which was followed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad bench has become final.

In view thereof, these writ petitions are also liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending stand closed.
