THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7674 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed in the context of the SSC examination held during the year 2009. The prayer of the petitioner was to give the benefit of five marks to all the students who appeared for General Science Paper-II in the SSC examination, 2009. No orders were granted by this Court at the stage of admission. By efflux of time, the prayer has become redundant. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
