Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land admeasuring Acs.4.12 guntas in Survey No.18/A of Sangvi Village, Kerameri Mandal, Komurambheem Asifabad District. Having regard to his age and as he intended to alienate the said property to his son, he made application, dated 17.10.2019, for conducting of survey through F-Line. Alleging that there is no progress on the application made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

The receipt issued by TS Online, dated 17.10.2019, evidencing filing of the application by the petitioner is enclosed as Ex.P1 at page No.8 of the writ petition material paper book. 4.

In view of the same, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kerameri Mandal, Komurambheem Asifabad District, is directed to consider the application made by the petitioner on 17.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
