When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

A perusal of the case would disclose that the petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 05.02.2003 and no interim orders were granted at the time of the admission. Due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
