Learned Government Pleader for Services would submit that the cause in this Writ Petition is exactly the same as has fallen for determination in Writ Petition No. 13312 of 2004, wherein it has been held that the scheme of exemption from passing departmental tests or any other special tests prescribed either under the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules or Special Rules or Ad hoc Rules is not attracted to the cases where an employee has earned one promotion at least prior to his attaining the age of 45 years.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this case stands covered by the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 13312 of 2004. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
