Upon perusing the FIR allegations and hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, the investigation shall be concluded to its logical end. However, the Police of Kancharapalem Police Station, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 06-04-2015 eha
