ORDER:

Though the writ petition was filed questioning the award and one of the grounds taken was that the petitioner had not been served with the copy of the award, it was represented that the petitioner has already received compensation.

2. In view of that, on 01.06.2015, learned standing counsel agreed to supple the copy of the award to the petitioner. It is now represented by the learned counsel on either side that the copy of the award was furnished to the petitioner on 06.06.2015. In view of that, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in pursuance of the award, as the petitioner is stated to have received the compensation under protest.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps with respect to the said award in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
