HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21660 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 4 in interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioner and threatening to lodge a false case against the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner is Accused No.1 in Crime No.278/2017 registered under Sections 447, 427, 188, 506 IPC, dated 05.08.2017 which was registered basing on the complaint filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kalwakurthy, against the petitioner and two others, as the petitioner trespassed into the lands of complainants with criminal intimation though there is a suspension order from this Court in WP.MP.No.40232/2016 in WP.No.32521/2016. It is also stated that though the petitioner in the writ affidavit stated that he has given a complaint dated 11.06.

2018 against the 4th respondent to the Commissioner of Police, the same has not been received; and that as soon as the said complaint is endorsed to the Kadthal Police Station from the Commissioner's Office, necessary action will be taken. It is further stated that the complainant in the aforesaid Crime No.278/2017 has also given another complaint on 10.06.

complainant and the petitioner were enquired on the same day and were also advised to obey the Court orders; and that except causing enquiry, the police have not interfered with the civil disputes as alleged by the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
