THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23446 OF 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption of dismissal.

2.

A perusal of the record disclosed that the petitioners filed this writ petition seeking regularization of their services into respondent No. 3-temple. It has been contended by leaned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were initially appointed as attenders/night watchmen during and ever since continuously discharging their duties on NMR basis but the respondents are not considering their cases for regularization of their services.

3.

This Court having noted the above said facts is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for regularization of their services if the petitioners are continuing as on today and pass appropriate orders in accordance with rules in four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
