This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.p.No.225B1 of2021,.
The respondent No.2 has filed a counter_affidavit stating that the online applications of the petitioners were already considered and rejected oide order dated 1g.06.2021 i.e., much prior to the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in the writ petition.
Having regard to the abovg this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 18.06.2027 before appropriate forum, if they are so aggrieved.
