Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to deliver possession of quarter constructed in Plot No.240 in Sy.No.136 of Gachi Bowli Housing Colony, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

On 12.08.2009, this Court while admitting the writ petition directed the respondents to deliver possession of quarter constructed in Plot No.240 in Sy.No.136 of Gachi Bowli Housing Colony, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. This Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 12.08.2009, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
