Sri B. Simhachelam, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that both the parties in the revision case have settled the matter outside the Court by entering into compromise. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
