Though this Writ Petition, on the last occasion ie., 10.12.2018 was ordered to be listed on 02.1.2019, when the Writ Petition No.6035 of 2007 is taken up (S.No.1 in today's cause list), it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.No.32958 of 2010 that the subject matter in both these Writ Petitions is one and the same, arising out of same cause of action. It is represented that the present petitioner is the brother of petitioner in W.P.

No.6035/ 2007 and the present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the caste certificate enquiry proceedings which is the subject matter in W.P.No.6035/ 2007.

In view of the above, even Writ Petition No.32958/ 2010 is taken up today and the same is disposed of in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.6035/ 2007, dated: 31.12.2018.
