O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime based on the reports of the petitioner dated 02.12.2017 and 19.06.2018, the present writ petition is filed, for a direction to register the crime and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Visakhaptnam IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, stating that the allegations made in the reports of the petitioner are civil in nature and no complaint could be registered and vide receipt No.817 of 2018, he was directed to approach the civil court for resolving the dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the above statement of the 3rd respondent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, 4th respondent is directed to following the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UPPAR PRADESH1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
