This Criminal Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 07.07.2014 in CRP No.4 of 2014 on the file of learned VI Additional Sessions Judge-(III FTC) Warangal at Mahabubabad by confirming the Order dated 12.11.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.5778 of 2010 in M.C.No.31 of 1993 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsampet, wherein this petition is allowed by enhancing the maintenance amount of Rs.200/- to Rs.3000/- per month.

Sri K.Lakshmi Manohar, learned counsel representing Sri G.Anandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, on record as well as Sri P.V.Narayan Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2/State are present.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.
