This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner, requesting to recall the Non-bailable warrant issued against him, vide docket order, dated 14.03.2014, passed in Crl.M.P.No.502 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.9 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court - cum - XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. 2 .

Heard. Perused the record.

The very purpose of compelling the petitioner to be present before the Court is for expeditious disposal of criminal proceedings pending against him/ her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application before the Court below for the recall of Nonbailable warrant issued against him; and, in the event of filing of any such application by the petitioner, the Court below may consider the same in accordance with law, on merits. 4 . With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
