Mohammed Jeelani v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32050 of 2022 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2.
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner represented by his General Power of Attorney Holder, Mr. Mohd. Abdul Mukheem, S/o. Mohd. Abdul Aziz. This Court has not examined the validity of the said GPA, dated 29.01.2022, filed along with this writ petition. It is the contention of the petitioner that he is the owner and possessor of land in Survey Nos.159, 170, 214 and 215 admeasuring Acs.6.08 guntas situated at Velkatur Village, Siddipet Urban Mandal, Siddipet District, by virtue of sale made under Sadabainama, dated 08.10.1995.
3.
The short grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he made an online application bearing No.ROS022002997393, dated 28.10.2020, seeking regularization of Sadabainama, dated 08.10.1995, in respect of
the subject land, but the said application of the petitioner is not being considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the respondents to consider the said online application received by the respondents for regularization of Sadabainama.
4.
This Court, under similar circumstances, passed an order in W.P.No.531 of 2022, dated 20.04.2022, directing the respondents to consider the online application for regularization of Sadabainama.
5.
In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the order dated 20.04.2022 in W.P.No.531 of 2022, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the online application bearing No.ROS022002997393, dated 28.10.2020, submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization of Sadabainama, (unregistered sale deed) dated 08.10.1995, covering the land admeasuring Acs.6.00 in Survey Nos.159, 170, 214 and 215 situated at Velkatur Village, Siddipet Urban Mandal, Siddipet District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.
The respondents, while considering the online application, as directed above, shall put all the persons interested including the vendor of the said Sadabainama, and the petitioner on notice and then pass orders.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
