THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21746 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

Virtually petitioner herein is seeking for possession of the property said to have been encroached upon by the respondent Nos.5 to 8. The said relief cannot be granted by this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open under civil law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
