Heard Sri V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (Telangana) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, Smt G.Neeraja Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3, and Sri K.R.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged action on the part of respondent No.3 in constructing shops in Bowenpally Market Yard without any layout sanctioned by respondent No.4 - Secunderabad Cantonment Board. 3.

A counter-affidavit deposed by the Selection Grade Secretary, Agricultural Market Committee, Bowenpally is filed. In the said counter-affidavit, at paragraph No.8, it is stated that all works pertaining to permanent construction of sheds for market yard have been put on hold awaiting requisite permissions from the Cantonment Board.

Recording the said averments in the counter-affidavit of respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
